Our Story

Young, hungry, and just getting started.

Hungry Trio Hospitality began in historic downtown Freehold, New Jersey, with a simple belief: dining out should be an event, not just a meal. What started with one modern Indian bistro has grown into a family of restaurants, a bespoke luxury catering house, and a full-service banquet venue spanning the Jersey Shore to Manhattan.

Every Hungry Trio concept is built the same way — bold, ingredient-led food, spaces designed to be felt as much as seen, and hospitality that treats every guest like the whole night was planned around them.

And we're not slowing down. With our newest openings in New York City and Asbury Park, the trio behind Hungry Trio is chasing one thing: raising the bar for what a night out can be.
